Eight of our top, single-vineyard, finest wines are presented with aged, fully- ripened cheeses and hearty, rustic country bread. Only for groups of 10 - 12 people, or special request.
In the environs of our stylish manor-domain, our "chais2, as it were, with a superb view of the Wehlener Sonnenuhr Vineyard from which we obtain our finest growths, you are able to savor the apogee of nobly sweet Riesling wines...yes, sweet, yet totally balanced with correct acidity, providing essential structure, and assuring long-life.
