"CULINARIA” is the word we have chosen to encompass our economy-priced Weekend Specials which are designed to provide fun and relaxation. Wine walks, wine-tasting, fine dining with selected wines in the "Rotisserie Royale" restaurant, bicycling, sleeping-in, or tuning-out, in a word, anything and everything to make a memorable weekend.
"CULINARIA" augments our regular wine programs.
November, 2008 | For Waterfowl Fans: A White-feather Frolic with Goose or Duck
Roast Duck for two or an entire Goose for four, at the tradition-rich Altes Brauhaus in Bernkastel-Kues; including a wine tasting and a winery tour and two overnights with breakfast from €180 - €210 double occupancy set the tone for the pre-holiday season.

The Bernkasteler Christmas Market’s colorful decorations and light are reflected in the shimmering reflection of the Mosel, while the aroma of wines, spicy cakes, gingerbread, candied nuts and savories fills the air. The impending holiday and joyful spirit is everywhere in the community. After the market visitation, a five-course menu awaits you in the Rotisserie Royale Restaurant. Complete with wine tastings, winery tour with two overnights including breakfast, for two people in a double room, the Holiday special is only EUR 235 - EUR 270. |
We at the Winery are always open to suggestions. Whether it’s a tour of the winery´or the vineyards, special tastings, gatherings, brunches, dinners, celebrations of any sort, or "creative inspiration", we can work with you. Ten (10) person minimum participation is required.
