The VDP-Winery S.A. Pruem Guesthouse’s General Business Conditions

Our Prices:

Double Room (“D”- Class) Euro 75.— & Double Room (“S”-Class) Euro 95.—

Single Rooms may be had by Special Arrangement

Single Night Accommodation Supplement Charge: Euro 11.—

Child’s Roll-away Single Bed from Euro 16.00

Money-Saving Special Seasonal Offers:

Except on Holidays and during the Winery’s Special Events

Seven (7) nights for the price of Six (6)

Only during March & April, and November & December

Four (4) nights for the price of Three (3)

All room prices are single-day room rates, including breakfast and the 19% Value Added Tax.

Guests are encouraged to inform themselves about our monthly Special Events and our November and December Gourmet Weekends.

Two nights’ accommodation with breakfast for two persons including

a 5-Course Dinner start at Euro 245.--

Description of Accommodations:

All rooms have a direct connection telephone, satellite TV, WC/toilet

separated from the bathing area, and an antechamber/wardrobe

Check-in time is 6 p.m. or by arrangement

The Guesthouse is closed for Annual Winter Holidays from Mid- December – end February

General Business Conditions

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation or non-utilization of accommodations a commensurate fee will be charged for preparations entailed, if the room can no longer be rented.

For up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 5% of the price will be required;

… for 20 – 16 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the price will be required;

… for 15 – 1 day prior to arrival 80% of the price will be required.

Reservations accepted by telephone constitute the activation of a booking contract and do not require a written confirmation on our part.

Unless otherwise specified, arrival time is 6 p.m. Should a guest fail to arrive, the Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation and further rent the room.

The above listed prices, dated January 1st, 2010, are valid and supercede all previous listings which are herewith invalid.

Compliance and site of legal remedy for all parties is Bernkastel-Kues.
